Welcome to the spotlight

 

In the chase of becoming better every day and providing our customers & partners the best experience with our software we are now introducing the spotlight program.         
           
With the spotlight program we will intensify our focus on the newest versions of our products. Our R&D, as well as Customer Success Team will be dedicated to these product versions going forward.
 
This is required to stay ahead of competition, living up to security standards, and supporting our ambition preparing customers for the future before they meet it!

What product versions are in the spotlight?

We now keep the spotlight on the two latest product versions. After a new release is made generally available and for a period of 3 months after that, the oldest version will still be accepted as a spotlight version. Documentation is automatically updated accordingly.

What happens if you are not within InterForm Spotlight?

 
We know that for some customers, regular upgrades may be impractical and very challenging due to internal limitations. Our Customer Success Team will still provide you with support, but old releases outside the spotlight will no longer receive bug fixes or updates.
 
With an active subscription you can upgrade to the latest version at any time and secure your spot in the spotlight.
 
We encourage customers to upgrade to new releases in a reasonably timely manner so that you may continually receive the benefits of the spotlight program and stay current, which we believe can not only help to reduce day-to-day business risk but can also increase business productivity through the adoption of new functionality and enhancements.
