Workflow lists

All workflows/workflow groups are shown in the overview below:


The view above lists all workflow groups followed by the workflows without a group - sorted by the workflow name. Groups are shown with a dark gray background and white text as the Demo group above.
As default all groups are collapsed, which means, that you only see the groups and not the workflows, that are placed in a group.

 

You can choose to expand all workflow groups in order to see all workflows - even those that belong to a group. In order to expand all groups you just need to click this icon on the right:


Then the workflows are listed by group name as below:


Now we can see the workflow, Demo Create PDF which belongs to the group, Demo. Workflows belonging to the group above are shown with the darker gray box on the left.

If you click this icon then all groups are collapsed again:



You can also collapse/expand individual groups by clicking on the group name or the arrow icon to the very right of the group.

Decide if groups should be shown first or last

On the workflow lists above the groups was shown first followed by workflows without a group. You can freely decide if the groups should be displayed first or last if you click the filter icon:


Then you can decide on the pop-up window:
