3.Payload to first attachment. Copy the payload of the workflow to be the contents of the first email attachment

4.Rename attachment. This can help you to rename an attachment of the current workflow e.g before you add it to an email.

5.Resource to attachment. This can extract a resource and put it into an attachment of the current workflow, which can be an attachment of an outgoing email.

6.URL to attachment. Retrieve a file via a URL and set this to be the attachment of the email, that is later sent.
