Advanced Set meta data workflow components

The advanced set meta data workflow components are:

  1. Email details. Sets various email meta data like subject, receivers and sender.
  2. Extra PCL commands. With this you can add your own PCL commands in the PCL output from InterFormNG2 e.g. for tray selection by number.
  3. Extra PJL commands. With this you can add your own PJL commands in the PCL output from InterFormNG2 e.g. for output bin selection or stapling.
  4. Remote output location. Set identifier for a remote client, that should receive the output.
  5. Set 'from' email. Sets the email sender of the next email.
  6. Set attachment name. Sets the name of the attachment for the next email.
  7. Set DPI. Sets the resolution of the merged output, when merging a input file with a template.
  8. Set email creator. Used as e-mail creator in the e-mail log. (Default value is the name of the workflow).
  9. Set email subject. Sets the subject of the next email.
  10. Set MIME type. Select between possible print data stream formats for the next print merge.
  11. Set MIME type for printer selection. Sets the print data stream format to be the MIME type of the selected printer.
  12. Set multiple workflow variables. Set multiple workflow variable names/values in one component.
  13. Set one workflow variable. Set a workflow variable to a value.
  14. Set output directory. Sets the output directory for the next write to the file system.
  15. Set output file name. Sets the output file name for the next write to the file system
  16. Set paper type. Sets the paper type (for tray selection) for the next merge to PCL output.
  17. Set sides for printing. Selects between simplex and duplex for the next merge to PCL output.
  18. Set template. Sets the template for the next merge.
  19. Set to email. Sets the to-receiver of the next email.
