InterFormNG2 e-Invoicing – a Ready-to-Use Solution for Your Business
We’re pleased to introduce InterForm’s modern solution for electronic invoicing — InterFormNG2, designed to help your company comply with the upcoming EU e-invoicing regulations.
What is an e-invoice?
An e-invoice is a structured file created, transmitted, and processed entirely electronically. It does not include PDFs, scans, or images. Only machine-readable formats — such as PEPPOL, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, and OIOUBL — qualify as true e-invoices.
Why does it matter?
Starting January 1, 2025, most companies in the EU (including Denmark and Germany) must be able to receive structured e-invoices. By 2026–2028, issuing e-invoices in compliant formats will also become mandatory for B2B transactions. Early preparation will help avoid penalties and streamline your invoicing processes.
InterFormNG2 is a flexible and reliable platform that:
- Works with any ERP system. Connect via API or direct integration.
- Transforms your invoices to an intermediate standard.
- Several official output formats available (e.g., PEPPOL, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X).
- Validates invoices against official standards.
- Send invoices via email or eDelivery provider.
Key customer benefits
- Stay fully compliant with upcoming legislation
- One solution for all required e-invoice formats
- Automate and reduce manual errors
- Future-proof setup with ongoing support and updates
- Fast implementation with pre-configured mappings and templates
