Other tenant settings

This section lists other/some tenant settings in InterFormNG2. There are two other groups of tenant settings:

  1. Designer tenant settings.
  2. Workflow tenant settings.

 

The other tenant settings are:

  1. Delay queue - Configuration for PDF delayed emails. With this you can submit emails and later cancel them before they are sent.
  2. Job log - Here you can define for how long job log entries are kept and you can choose to send an email to an admin, if a processing job ends in error.
  3. Export tenant - Use this to export resources from InterFormNG2 e.g. to copy all settings and resources from one tenant to another.
  4. Import tenant - Use this to import resources from an export file. It can e.g. be used to import all settings and resources from another tenant.
  5. Job log settings for tenant - Setup of how long you want to keep the job logs.
  6. Error report email - Here you can setup an optional email address of an administrator, who will get an email, if an error has occurred during processing of an input file in the workflow.
  7. Email log settings for tenant - Here you can enable/disable an email log for the tenant and setup for how long you want to keep the emails in the log.
  8. Print queue retention period - Setup of for how long you want to save the print outs in the print queue manager.
